Post code 3030 takes out top crim spot, 3020 a close second
3030 takes first position in total number of criminal offences
recorded, according to Victoria Police data. Derrimut, Point Cook,
Werribee, Werribee South and regional Cocoroc and Quandong are all
listed in the 3030 post code and racked up a total of 5821 criminal
offences recorded.
Runner up goes to 3020 which
includes Albion, Sunshine, Sunshine North and Sunshine West with a total
of 5648 criminal offences recorded.

Massive new suburb "East Werribee" to become newest CBD and create 60,000 local jobs

The massive new suburb temporarily called "East Werribee" (pending winner of state government name competition) is planned to be a CBD located between Melbourne and Geelong. East Werribee will be 750 hectares in size and employ 60,000 people. The new suburb will be situated 25km from Melbourne and 40km from Geelong.
The suburb will have a mix of residential and commercial spaces...
